Katie Koziara is the founder of Voice-Driven Strategies, an executive communications firm that emphasizes the importance of developing leaders' voices to effectively share their company’s story with key stakeholders.

She is an experienced communicator with a background in public affairs, media relations, and executive visibility. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Public Affairs at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) in Washington, D.C., leading the executive communications strategy for the biopharmaceutical industry’s leading trade association.

Before that, Katie managed the social media strategy for a prominent nonprofit in D.C. focused on presidential transitions and federal leadership issues. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Ford School and an M.A. in Fiction Writing from Johns Hopkins University.
